The Ultimate Granola Bar Recipe

This is a recipe that gets whipped up in the 11:11 Granola household almost weekly. Homemade granola bars using our own blend of granola make a nourishing snack for our family’s active lifestyle. I love to serve these as an after-school snack or stash a couple on my bike for my 100km Saturday morning rides.

Give these a go… they’re easy!


Ingredients:

2 cups of 11:11 Granola Cranberry and Macadamia blend
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg, lightly whisked
2 tablespoons peanut butter (optional)


Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Grease a square muffin tin.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and press into tin.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Store in airtight container.
